SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Allow 2-3 processing days for shipments. All momo&cashew packages are shipped ground or via the United States Post Office. Express shipping is not currently available. momo&cashew does not ship outside the Continental U.S. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for handling charges and timing.
All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number or shipments will not be accepted. Return requests must be made within 14 days for store credit, exchange, or refund (less shipping fees). Merchandise and packaging must be returned unused in its original condition with a copy of the packing slip. Damaged packaging will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Special orders and sale items are non-refundable. Orders that qualify for free shipping may be subject to a restocking fee. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit to the card. Please allow at least one billing cycle for credit to appear on your statement.
To request an RMA, send an e-mail to email@example.com with your name, address, invoice number, item you are returning, and why you are returning it. An RMA will be sent to you within 48 hours.
Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
